DESCRIPTION:Interested in becoming a volunteer EMT or Firefighter\, or an Administrative volunteer?  AVFRD holds a hybrid (in-person and online) Volunteer Interest Meeting on the last Tuesday of every month starting at 7pm.  This meeting will give you a chance to ask questions\, get information and continue the paperwork requirements for volunteering in our department. \nPlease start the application process in advance. Our community is growing and so is the need for volunteers to become trained firefighters and emergency medical technicians (EMTs).
