Join us for the Ashburn Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department (AVFRD) 5K, a community event that combines fitness, fun, and support for your local first responders. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or want to enjoy a walk with family and friends, this event is open to all ages and abilities.

The AVFRD 5K starts and finishes at Dynasty Brewing in Ashburn.  After the race, join us at the post-race party at Dynasty Brewing.

All proceeds benefit AVFRD and help us continue to provide fire, rescue, and emergency medical services to Ashburn and the surrounding communities. Your participation supports the volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to keeping our neighbors safe.
