Come run with Ashburn Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department (AVFRD) on Saturday, June 1st! for our 5th Annual 5K race!
Join AVFRD for races that will be fun for the whole family. The races will begin and end at Dynasty Brewing Co. (21440 Ashburn Crossing Dr, Ste 130-135, Ashburn, VA), and there will be an after party including food, drinks, music and more! The 5K will start at 11:00am, followed by the Fun Run at 11:50am.
Without the generous support of citizens, businesses, and civic groups, AVFRD would not be able to provide the quality of service that the community has grown to expect over the last 80 years. All proceeds and donations will go directly to AVFRD’s operations and directly benefit the Ashburn and surrounding communities.
Awards will be given to the Top overall male and female finishers.
Packet pick up and late registration will be at the =PR= One Loudoun Store on Friday, May 31st 5-7:30pm. Packet pick up and on-site registration will also be available at Dynasty starting at 9:45am on Saturday, June 1st.
All registrants 21 or over will receive a beer ticket for the post-race party at Dynasty Brewing. You will have to show your ID at packet pick up to receive the ticket and at Dynasty Brewing to receive your beer.

We are currently seeking sponsorship for the annual AVFRD 5K and Kids Fun Run event to be held in-person on June 1, 2024. The event will start and end at Dynasty Brewing Co. There will be a family friendly after race party with food, drinks, music, and more. We are hoping to exceed 300+ participants, including team competitions between other local fire departments. All proceeds will benefit the AVFRD, a 501(3)(c) organization. The potential sponsorship packages are listed below.
Platinum Level - $1,000
- Premier logo placement on AVFRD website, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and T-Shirts.
- Premier logo placement on banner at the end of the race.
- 2 race entries. (Includes two race T-shirts.)
- Company recognition during race day announcements as well as formal acknowledgement during awards ceremony at the conclusion of the race.
- Inclusion of marketing materials in event race bags.
- Face to face interaction with attendees at your own table to display company products and/or services.
Gold Level - $500
- Logo placement on website, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and T-Shirts.
- 1 race entry. (Includes one race T-shirt.)
- Company recognition during awards ceremony at the conclusion of the race.
- Inclusion of marketing materials in event race bags.
- Face to face interaction with attendees at your own space (must provide table / chairs) to display company products and/or services.
Silver Level - $250
- Placement of company name on race website, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and T-Shirts.
- Inclusion of marketing materials in event race bags.
Bronze Level – Up to $250-in Kind
- Placement of company name on race website.
- Inclusion of marketing materials in event race bags.
All Sponsor levels include a Certificate of Appreciation suitable for framing.
