AVFRD Internal Community Request Form

This form should be used by AVFRD members requesting apparatus for events they are hosting at locations other than Station 6. This includes Chilly Days, 5K, restaurant fundraisers, etc. If you need volunteers to help with the event, you will need to create your own Sign Up Genius.
