If you are interested in requesting fire department attendance at one of your neighborhood or community events, please complete the form below and we will contact you. Availability is based on volunteers’ schedules and donations are appreciated.
AVFRD requires that all requests be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the event date. Upon submission of the request, an AVFRD representative will respond to you to confirm receipt of the request, and to solicit any further information that might be needed. Additional instructions and/or information will be contained in that email related to the timeline for confirmation of AVFRD support for the event, or our regretful declination of your request below and we will contact you. Availability is based on volunteers’ schedules and donations are appreciated.
Please note that we are unable to make appearances at family events or children’s birthday parties. As an alternative, we do offer a birthday party package as part of our Founders Hall rental program.
