Donated Prop!
AVFRD would like to thank Mike and Jason of Barrett Machine for fabricating and donating a lock tree prop for the department. All labor~ parts~ and time of mock up were donated to Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department. Thanks again guys!

Firehouse Subs Grant
Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation is awarding much needed equipment to Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department. Barbara Murphy works tirelessly on securing grants for our department. New Addition to the AVFRD Family!
AVFRD would like to welcome Blake Michael Wealand to our extended fire dept. family. Blake was born on 9-12-13 at 0031 hours. The boy is a healthy 7lb 14oz and 20" long. The family is home now and doing well. Congrats!
